Refund policy

All items in our store are made to order. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we do offer a flexible replacement option (see “Change of Mind Orders” below). We provide free replacements only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item is delivered, we will replace it free of charge. No physical return is required.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

- Your order number

- A brief description of the issue

- Clear photos of the damage or production error

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement immediately.

Change of Mind Orders (Return Allowed)

If you change your mind after receiving your artwork, you may return it to us at your own expense. Once we receive the returned item, you may purchase a replacement print of the same type and size by paying only the new production cost (no markup, no profit for us). This option is offered as a goodwill service and is not a standard POD industry policy.

Conditions:

- The customer covers return shipping.

- The original product must be returned in acceptable condition.

- The replacement must be the same format, size, and product type.

- The customer pays the production cost plus shipping for the new item.

- No refund is given for the original order.

Wrong Address Provided

If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied by the customer and the order cannot be delivered, any replacement must be paid by the customer at full production and shipping cost.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost or never arrives, please contact us so we can investigate with our production partner and shipping carrier. A replacement will be arranged if necessary.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Most items enter production within minutes, so cancellation may not always be possible.
