Welcome to GaffGaff Galleri (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and all related features, content, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
GaffGaff Galleri is powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate and provide the Services to you.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

By using the Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence; and

  • You consent to allow any of your minor dependents using the Services on devices you own or manage.

You may be required to provide personal information (such as your email, billing details, and shipping address). You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Accounts may not be transferred or sold.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

3. ORDERS AND FULFILLMENT

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is only accepted once payment is processed and we send a confirmation email.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. After an order begins processing, cancellation may not be possible.

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Some products are made to order and fulfilled by trusted third-party production partners. We share only necessary order information—such as product details, your name, and shipping address—to produce and deliver your purchase. This is standard for print-on-demand businesses.

Returns

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which governs eligibility for returns and replacements.

You represent that your purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale or export.

4. PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at checkout and confirmed by email.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include:

  • Taxes

  • Customs or import duties

  • Shipping or handling fees

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information, and authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Events outside our control

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is transferred to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information.

International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the Services—including text, images, designs, graphics, logos, artwork, and layout—is owned by GaffGaff Galleri or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit any content without our written consent.

All trademarks of GaffGaff Galleri and Shopify are the property of their respective owners.

7. OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

The Services may provide access to tools or features operated by third parties. These are provided “as is” and without warranties. You use third-party tools at your own risk and must comply with their applicable terms.

New features introduced in the future are also subject to these Terms.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Services may link to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for any content, products, or services they provide.

Use third-party sites at your own risk and review their policies before engaging in any transaction.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

GaffGaff Galleri is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly between you and GaffGaff Galleri. Shopify is not responsible for any issues arising from your purchases.

You expressly release Shopify from all claims related to your transactions with us.

10. PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain personal information is also processed according to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Information you submit may be transmitted to and stored by Shopify and third-party partners in countries outside your residence. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. FEEDBACK

By submitting any feedback, ideas, suggestions, reviews, or similar content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the Feedback for any purpose.

You represent that you own the rights to your Feedback and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We may remove or edit Feedback at our discretion but are not obligated to.

12. ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct, update, or cancel orders based on inaccurate information, at any time and without notice.

You may not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GaffGaff Galleri, Shopify, and all related parties from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.

19. WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
These Terms, together with our policies, form the entire agreement between you and GaffGaff Galleri.

20. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our permission.
We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any related disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Norway.
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Norway.

22. HEADINGS

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

23. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
